Parallel is a platform that brings together creative European organisations committed to promoting cross-cultural exchanges and mentorships in order to set new standards in contemporary photography.

 

2017–current | Futures Photography

Futures is a new photography platform that pools the resources and talent programmes of leading photography institutions across Europe in order to increase the capacity, mobility and visibility of its selected artists.

 

2015–current | PhotoIreland Festival

Ireland’s first international festival of Photography and Image Culture, and the main festival dedicated to contemporary Photography in Ireland. It celebrates Ireland’s photographic talents, as well as bringing international practitioners and artists to Ireland.

 

2015–current | HALFTONE Print Fair

An initiative by PhotoIreland, hosted every year at The Library Project, HALFTONE Print Fair brings together a large selection of works by established and emerging artists, showcasing Ireland’s exciting Art scene.

 

July 2019 | Museum of Contemporary Photography of Ireland

The Museum is a practice based research project run by PhotoIreland  that aims to create the ideal prototype space to actively engage with Visual Culture and Critical Thinking today. Over the next years, the museum will present an evolving model that will publicly investigate experimental and critical propositions in aspects relating to Museology, Curation, Cultural Policy and Arts Management. Launch 4 July 2019.

 

2015–2016 | Administrator | Flâneur: New Urban Narratives

Flâneur was a network project based on an international partnership of 20 European organisations. Its main purpose was to carry out artistic interventions in public spaces through contemporary photography.

 

2015 | PhotoIreland Collection at Photobook Week Aarhus 2015

A photobook festival held annually in Denmark. Consisting of an international photobook show, talks and workshops from invited professionals.
